Instruction for Authors

Dear Authors:

In order to publish your papers in the proceedings of the world congress, your paper should be prepared according to the following instructions:

The papers should be short, preferably 4 to 6 pages at most.  Please use a font size of 12 for the text and tables and font size of 14 to 16 for the headings. Allow one inch margin on all sides. Use Microsoft  Word or World Perfect to prepare your papers. The references should have the following format:

1-      P. G. de Gennes, K. Okumura, M. Shahinpoor, and K. J. Kim, “Mechanoelectric Effects in Ionic Gels,” Europhysics Letters, 50(4), pp. 513-518 (2000).

2-     Amid Keshavarzi, Mohsen Shahinpoor, Kwang J. Kim, and Jeffrey Lantz, "Blood Pressure, Pulse Rate, and Rhythm Measurement Using Ionic Polymer-Metal Composites Sensors ,", in Proc. Figures should be displayed like Figure 1 below:

Please either electronically submit your paper to shah@unm.edu or bring it on an electronic disc to the congress by April 25th., 2004.
